Clubs pay once per court and everyone plays. Players and coaches outside a club pay for what they use. Athletes coached by a PaddleScreens pro are always free.
For clubs
Every member records free, every match is captured and analyzed automatically, and your teaching staff gets the full coaching toolkit. Billed as a seasonal total across the September–April season, so it lands in the budget the way the rest of your racquets program does.

Club pricing is per court. Season runs September through April. Full-length sessions are kept for 30 days; clips you save stay as long as your plan is active.
