Delete your account

1. Open PaddleScreens and tap your avatar, top right on the home screen.
2. Choose Edit profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm twice, then enter your password when asked.

It asks twice on purpose, and your password is required because deleting an account needs a recent sign-in. The account is gone as soon as that succeeds, and you are signed out.

Write to monte@paddlescreens.com from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm when it is done.

Your sign-in credentials and your profile record — your name, the club you belong to, your role there, and your profile picture. Once that is gone you cannot sign in again, and a new account would have to be created from scratch.

Match video recorded by your club’s cameras is not deleted with your account. A recording generally shows several people and belongs to the club that made it, so removing it on one player’s request would take away footage belonging to everyone else on court.

If you want footage you appear in taken down, email the address above and we will work through it with your club.
